Meet Carmen Bellido-Wall
Ontological Transitions Coach
The deepest transformations begin
when we learn to see our lives from a new perspective.

A Life Between Structure and Reinvention
I was born, raised, and educated in Peru. I earned my law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, one of the country’s most prestigious universities, and developed a solid professional foundation in the legal field.
I worked as an attorney for 16 years, both as an associate attorney in the private sector and as an advisor to the Congress of the Republic of Peru, experiences that strengthened my strategic thinking, analytical skills, and deep understanding of people and their stories.
For many years, my life was guided by structure, logic, and professional rigor.
Until life led me down a completely different path.
Leaving Behind the Familiar
I moved to the United States, where I met my husband and began a new life far from my country, my family, my friendships, and the professional career I had built over many years.
Although the change was born from love and the excitement of building a new life, it also meant facing displacement, adaptation, and the experience of starting over.
Over the last two decades, I have lived in Virginia, Texas, New York, and Florida. Each chapter brought new challenges, new forms of adaptation, and profound experiences of personal growth.
I did not just change countries.
I learned what it means to rebuild yourself more than once.
The Turning Point
During those years, I worked in different fields, including nonprofit organizations and immigration law as an Immigration Paralegal.
They were valuable experiences, but internally something was beginning to shift.
There were moments when I felt lost, uncertain about what my next step would be or how to reconnect with a direction that truly felt aligned with who I was.
Over time, I realized my path was no longer leading me back to law, but toward something far more human and meaningful.
Then I discovered Ontological Coaching, and that encounter changed my life.
I found a profession deeply aligned with who I am: a way of supporting people through listening, empathy, awareness, and transformation.
A Human Way of Supporting Others
I have always had a natural connection with people. Listening, building trust, and creating spaces where others feel free to express themselves has been part of who I am long before coaching became my profession.
My way of supporting others combines presence, intuition, sensitivity, and deep observation with professional Ontological Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools.
I deeply believe in the importance of creating a human, safe, and authentic space where each person can see themselves more clearly, recognize new possibilities, and move forward from a more conscious and aligned place.
Because many times, the conversations that transform our lives the most are the ones in which we finally feel seen, heard, and understood.
Professional Background
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a credential granted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I have nearly 600 hours of professional coaching experience.
I trained as an Ontological Coach through the Level 2 Professional Coach Program at Intercoach Group®, accredited by the ICF. I am also an active member of ICF Global and the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter.
My training is complemented by studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Body Awareness, incorporating tools that enrich the way I support people through a more human, conscious, and integrative approach.
I work with people from different parts of the world, in both English and Spanish, supporting them through personal and professional transitions from a human, strategic, and deeply transformational perspective.
My Approach
My life experience has allowed me to deeply understand what it means to navigate significant changes, reinvent yourself, adapt to new environments, and rebuild a personal and professional direction from the ground up.
For this reason, my approach integrates structure and humanity, reflection and action, emotional depth and strategic clarity.
-
Structure meets emotion.
-
Logic aligns with purpose.
-
Rigor integrates with compassion.
Because behind every human transition, there is a story that deserves to be heard with empathy, presence, and profound respect.
